Pressure Balanced Plug Valves (API 6D)

Super-H Pressure Balanced Plug Valves incorporate the unique pressure-balancing system and on-line maintenance feature, which enhances valve reliability and reduces operating torque.

The plug and body seating surfaces, which are lapped and matched together, are not exposed to the line fluid, and thus confines corrosion and erosion to less critical areas. Sealing is further enhanced by specially developed plug sealants charged around the seating surfaces.

Lubricated Taper Plug Valves

Lubricated Taper Plug Valves are preferred in a variety of services because of its unique online maintenance capability that permits maintenance without being removed from line - thereby reducing downtime.

The plug and body seating surfaces, which are lapped and matched together, are not exposed to the line fluid and hence are not subjected to corrosion. The valve life and performance are further enhanced by the specially designed sealant charged around the seating surfaces.
