Using the MadgeTech Software, starting, stopping and downloading from the RHTemp101A is simple and easy. The data can also be automatically exported to Excel® for further calculations.

The RHTemp2000 is a humidity and temperature data logger with an LCD, perfect for applications requiring instant remote readings of these parameters. The 8-button keypad and large LCD provide convenient access to current data and data logger setup. Egg Temperature and Humidity Data Logging System
MadgeTechs EGMS is specifically designed to measure and record the temperature and humidity of eggs during shipping, storage and incubation. The data logger thermally responds to an environment the same way a real egg does, simulating the temperature and humidity experience of the actual product.

The EGMS comes with a humidity and temperature cap, and a temperature only cap. The temperature and humidity cap has vents to measure the humidity, where as the temperature only cap doesnt have any vents, and makes the product submersible. The EGMS can measure temperatures up to 60°C. It has a user replaceable battery, that typically lasts up to 1 year. The nonvolatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged.

MadgeTechs data logger software offers an easy way to analyze data. Data can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and in graph, summary or data formats. For further analysis data can also be exported to Excel.

The HiTemp140 is a rugged, high precision, temperature data logger that is built for use in harsh environments. This stainless steel device is submersible, can withstand temperatures up to 140°C (284°F) and has an accuracy of +/-0.1°C (0.18°F) over the entire operating range.
The HiTemp140 can store up to 32,700 readings, and features a 1” rigid external probe capable of measuring extended temperatures, up to 260°C (500°F). The device records date and time stamped readings, and has non-volatile solid state memory that will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged.
Using the MadgeTech Software, starting, stopping and downloading the HiTemp140 is simple and easy. Graphical, tabular and summary data is provided for analysis and data can be viewed in °C, °F, K or °R. The data can also be automatically exported to Excel® for further calculations.

The OctTemp2000 is an eight channel thermocouple temperature data logger with an LCD. The device features onscreen minimum, maximum and average statistics, as well as a user configurable graphics screen that allows for any combination of channels to be displayed. The device accepts J, K, T, E, R, S, B and N type thermocouples.
The OctTemp2000 is ideal for a variety of applications, whether it is remote temperature monitoring, or multiple points in a central location. Data from all channels is simultaneously logged and displayed onscreen for real-time monitoring. It can then be downloaded to a PC for further analysis. An advanced memory capacity allows this device to measure and record data up to 500,000 readings per channel.

Very Low Temp Data Logger Without Display

New ultra low temperature data recorder, records temperatures as low as -86°C. The Cryo-Temp can be used in a broad line of applications such as monitoring blood plasma, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, frozen foods and shipping containers. This stand-alone device does not require any additional probes. The enclosure is designed with a handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. It utilizes a USB docking station to communicate with a personal computer. (USB docking station sold separately)
The Cryo-Temp provides date and time stamped temperature readings and uses the MadgeTech Data Logging Software. The user can view the data in graphical or tabular form. High and low alarm limits and high and low warning limits can be programmed through the software. The user can set the alarm limits in the range required for the goods to be maintained. The warn limits can be set to alert the user when the temperature is nearing a high or low alarm limit.
The Cryo-Temp is equipped with three LEDs. The green LED will blink every 15 seconds while the recorder is logging. The yellow LED will blink every 3 seconds when the temperature has breached the warning limits. The red LED will blink every 3 seconds when the temperature alarm has been breached. The Cryo-Temp is the ideal temperature monitoring solution for any application involving low temperature recording.

Therm•A•lert-P Data Logger

Product Description
The MadgeTech Therm•A•lert-P temperature monitoring and alarming system is designed specifically for hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical facilities and other critical temperature monitoring areas. The system can be used to monitor a single temperature location or expanded to include hundreds of locations by adding additional transmitters. The Therm•A•lert-RH records both ambient temperature and humidity.
Therm•A•lert-P provides real time notification of temperature deviations, and features a user programmable alarm that can be configured to send a message via text message, screen alarm and/or e-mail if an alarm condition occurs. The system includes an RTD probe with a 3’ lead wire and a 3” probe sheath.
The Therm•A•lert-P system is equipped with wireless two-way communication. Full communication can be performed directly from a central PC, including starting, stopping and downloading. In addition to wirelessly transmitting data, Therm•A•lert-P also stores each reading to internal memory for backup. This back up data may be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. Customers can setup automatic archiving preferences, ensuring all data is saved and retained to comply with federal regulations.

AVS150 Data Logging System
Autoclave Validation System: Includes (1) HiTemp150 data logger with N.I.S.T. Calibration Certificate, an extended range thermal shield, IFC200 interface cable, MadgeTechs FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Secure Software and IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.
The AVS150 is a complete system used to perform autoclave validations. The AVS150 consists of a N.I.S.T. traceable HiTemp150 data logger, an IP68 extended range thermal shield, an IFC200 USB cable package and MadgeTechs FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Secure Software. For larger size autoclaves or mapping projects, the AVS150-5, includes five HiTemp150s and five thermal shields.
The HiTemp150 is completely submersible and can measure temperatures up to 150°C. The 2" rigid probe provides a fast response time and can record readings as fast as once per second. The HiTemp150 can be used in each autoclave cycle for verification and to provide data for validation. When used with the thermal shield the device can withstand up to 250°C (time dependent).

MadgeTech's Secure Software provides data in graphical and tabular form, and provides a summary and statistical report of the data. The software also features sterilization calculations to determine the F0 value. Furthermore the software allows for different user levels and logins, electronic signatures, an audit trail and a secure data file to stand up to auditors.

The OctThermoVault is an eight channel thermally insulated, battery powered, oven temperature data logger able to withstand extreme temperatures. It can measure and record data of temperatures up to 662ºF for up to 25 minutes when properly sealed. Its stainless steel enclosure and thermal properties lend itself to be the ideal temperature recording device for applications such as powder coating cure ovens, wet coating cure ovens, batch ovens and conveyor ovens. The external thermocouple probes provide accurate temperature measurements, with fast response times. Our user-friendly software easily downloads the data to a computer, where the readings may be displayed in degrees Celsius, degrees Fahrenheit, Kelvin or Rankine. The software allows the user to view all data points or a range of data points and a summary of the data being viewed for calculations such as Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT). If additional analysis of the data needs to be performed, the data can be easily exported to Excel® by simply clicking a button.

Product Description
The Level2000 data logger accurately measures and records data for water level and temperature. It’s rugged, stainless steel design allows for the device to be placed in harsh environments, which makes it well suited for use at waste water treatment facilities, monitoring well and ground water levels, irrigation canals, lake and wetland studies and a variety of other water level applications. The integrated vented tube allows the device to be atmospheric pressure compensated, providing improved accuracy and resolution over other, non-vented water level data loggers. The Level2000 uses a rugged stainless steel pressure strain gauge to accurately measure the water level. MadgeTech’s user-friendly software will display all pressure measurements in the user’s choice of feet, inches, meters, centimeters, millimeters or PSI. The device uses an internal temperature sensor to provide accurate temperature measurements eliminating the need for a separate temperature data logger. The logger can be started to take measurements every two seconds for rapid changes in water level, up to one reading every twelve hours. The PRTemp1000IS is a rugged pressure and temperature data logger. It measure and records temperature and pressure data at user defined intervals. The PRTemp1000IS has been Factory Mutual certified as intrinsically safe for Class I, Division 1, groups A, B, C and D and non-incendive for Class I, Division 2, groups A, B, C and D. This certification makes the device ideal for uses in hostile environment applications such as air conditioning systems, chilled water, hot water, air, gas, oil and steam pressure systems. The internal temperature sensor provides accurate temperature measurements without the need of a separate temperature data logger. The logger can be started to take measurements as often as every two seconds, up to one reading every twelve hours. It will store up to 16,383 readings in its non-volatile memory. The PRTemp1000IS uses a rugged stainless steel pressure strain gauge to accurately measure the pressure. The device comes standard with a common 1/4” NPT fitting, which allows the logger to be adapted to almost any pressure fitting. There are many different pressure ranges available to suit most any application. The standard pressure ranges are 30 PSIA(G), 100 PSIA(G), 300 PSIA(G), 500 PSIA(G), 1000 PSIA and 5000 PSIA.
