Disc springs designed and manufactured to DIN 2093 / DIN 2092. The disc spring washers are manufactured from high quality spring steel strip and forgings, subject to close tolerances these are the industry standard for quality.
Belleville washers / Disc washers are commonly used as springs, or to apply a pre-load or flexible quality to a bolted joint or bearing.

Cup washers are usually made of light gauge steel, brass, leather, or plastic in a wide range of sizes and designs. Mainly used for decorative or supportive element for screws and bolts. It is also used in insulation.

Single Tab washers are available in stock as per Indian Standard 8068A (IS 5372) from sizes ranging M-6 to M-36 in materials Mild steel (M.S.) and stainless Steel (S.S.) Grade 304. Type A

Type B
IS 5556 B Internally Toothed Serrated Locked washers generally manfacturedin materials spring steel, Mild steel, stainless steel, Phosphorous Bronze etc. for use in screws. Can be manufactured in different materials as per the specifications/requirement/drawings or samples given by you.

Type C
IS 5556 C countersunk Serrated Locked washers generally manfacturedin materials spring steel, Mild steel, stainless steel, Phosphorous Bronze etc. for use in screws. Can be manufactured in different materials as per the specifications/requirement/drawings or samples given by you.

We manufacture sealing washers as per your requirements. Sealing washers are generally manufactured in soft metals like Copper as per IS 3175 – 1994. Can also be manufactured as per your specifications, drawings or samples.

Copper rings filled with asbestos can be manufactured as per the requirements of the customer. Also these rings can be filled with and/or Graphite depending upon the requirements of the customer.
