JE 100A Double Headed Cutter

Maximum Cutting Thickness

This profile cutter works as an Adopter for any Electrical/Pneumatic drill machine to cut most sheet metal in any desired shape and profile. It comes with one spear blade, a blade holder and an attachment for re-grinding/machining the cutting edge of the blade. The tool along with the blade has two "Ends" to operate. At each "End" the blade cn be used from two opposite sides for cutting. Each blade from both sides is re-usable and cutting edge can be machined up to 4-5 times. With the given blades, it can cut up to 35000cm at recommended cutting thickness.

JE 300A Medium Duty Cutter:

It comes as a complete self sufficient cutting kit which comprises of high RPM motor,cutting tools, storage box, handles, 2 extra carbon brushes, an extra blade hoder and an attachment for re-grinding/maching the cutting edge of the blade. The blade has 2 "Ends" to operate Each blade from both ends is re-usable and cutting edge  can be machined up to 4 -5 times.

The Standard pack comprises total of 2 Nos. of single Side re-usable Cutting blade, 1 nos of cutting base, 1 blade re-grinlng jig block, 1 blade re-grlndlng partlng wheel along with other accessories for operating this product.

JE 400A Heavy Duty Cutter

Each blade from both sides is re-usable and cutting edge can be machined up to 9-10 times. With the given blades, it can cut up to 30000 cm at recommended cutting thickness. It provides 2 types of utting methods:
