Technical Specification

GAMUT Copy Lathe Machines are suitable for job where simultaneous Facing and OD Turning or OD Turning and lD Turning or Facing and lD Turning required excluding holding portion. Mostly these machines are used on Tie Rod Housing, Gear Blanks, Sprockets, and Bearings etc. Machines are highly productive with ease in operation and maintenance.

 AVAILABLE OPTIONS:

• Machine with one Hydraulic Copying System with slant bed longitudinal hydraulic operated slide and one Hydraulic Tailstock. This machine is suitable for job where copying operation required on OD or ID with small amount of material removal on face
• Machine having one Hydraulic Copying System and one Compound Hydraulic Slide. This machine is suitable for job where copying operation required on either OD or lD or Face and straight turning operation required on face or lD or OD along with copying operation.
• Machine having Hydraulic Copying System mounted on Hydraulic Longitudinal Slide on Left and Right side of Spindle Face. This machine is suitable for copying operation on Face and OD or Face and lD or OD and lD. Both copying system are having double cut facility.
• Machine having two Compound Hydraulic Slide suitable for job where no copying operation required. Machines are suitable for straight turning operation on OD and Face or OD and lD or lD and Face. One element of slide is for tool relieving.
