We make sure these are manufactured using high grade alloy steels such as En 18D, En24, En 52, 21 4n and others. Moreover, we have employed high technical skills who inspect each and every valve as per the industry standard. These valves find extensive application in two wheelers as well as heavy vehicles. The valves are tested based on the following parameters:

• We have hardness tester to test the hardness of tip side of the valve and we are testing the entire     valve in this testing machine
•  We are checking stem diameter of all the valves
•  We also have burnishing machine to decrease the Ra value of valve stem.
