Black Diamond Equipments Private Limited (hereafter referred as subject) was incorporated in the year 2009 by Mr. Rarvinder Sigh Bhatia and Mr. Pushpinder Singh Bhatia as founder directors to take over the running business of "Black Diamond Industries" a proprietorship concern of Mr. parvinder Singh Bhatia which was established in the year 1980.
At present, day to day business operations are managed by Mr. Parvinder Singh Bhatia, Mr. Pushpinder Singh Bhatia and Mr. Dhanvinder Kaur Bhatia.
