Special Design Enclosures is an extensible design. This consists of extensible enclosure modules of widths 800 or 900mm. provision for mounting horizontal busbar chambers on top or bottom of the enclosure is provided. Horizontal busbar chambers come in standard size of 300mm height. A special busbar chambers of 400mm height for 600mm depth enclosures only is available to accommodate large dimension busbars (over 100mm).

Walk through instrument panels in RV and RVE Designs
These models are for walk through type instrumentation and control enclosures. Central walkway width available is 800mm width. The total depth of the enclosure starts from 1600mm to maximum of 2400mm. Suitable for large instrument console panels. Suitable operator desks for operator controls can also be added to the front fix cover. Using RVE design one can make very large control room consoles.
Ventilation and Ingress protection of enclosures RV and RVE
RV enclosures meet IP 54 protection level. With suitable inlet and outlet provisions for air ventilation. We can provide enclosures meeting IP 20 to IP 44 protection level.

This is an economical and innovative variation of single RV or RVE enclosure. This design starts from sizes 1400 width to 2400mm width in steps of 200mm. This is a single multi panel enclosure. It is possible to make any suitable combination of front doors of sizes 400mm width to 1200mm double door widths. One can fit individual mounting plates, filler trays etc, making it equivalent to joining of individual sections up to 2400 mm width.

RV Design has a main body made of consisting of side frames in 2.50 mm thick steel. Doors are of 2.00mm thick, back covers are in 1.50mm thick sheet steel. Main body, covers, doors are powder coated in RAL 7035 structure finish as standard. Special shade colours can be provided.
